Adult Fitness Classes

Barre Fitness

For ages 16+

Barre Fitness mixes elements of ballet barre, pilates and yoga to created targeted workouts to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. This class focuses on the fitness components of dance and will not have a performance.

Class Length: 60mins per week

Total Fees: $400 per dancer for whole session OR $15 per dancer per class drop in fee

*Note: Adult Fitness classes (including Barre Fitness) run from September 9, 2019 - April 17, 2020. Students are asked to bring a yoga mat/ beach towel and 1-3 pound weights if they would like to add a challenge to certain exercises.

Mondays 7:45pm-8:45pm

Dance Fitness

For ages 16+

Bust a move an get fit! This class will focus on the fitness side of dance and will not perform. We will learn many styles of dance throughout the weeks and there will definitely be something everyone enjoys!

Class Length: 60mins per week
