Dance is for everyone at TDC! We have a variety of dance and fitness classes for adults of all abilities. All of our adult classes are easily modifiable so you can come just for fun or for an intense workout!
Barre Fitness mixes elements of ballet barre, pilates and yoga to create low impact targeted workouts to sculpt, slim, stretch and tone your entire body.
Zumba is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music. It's great for beginners to more advanced dancers!
Tap is a dance form primarily focused on rhythm. Dancers use tap shoes to create different sounds. Tap is a fun way to help dancers develop musicality and synchronicity.
